Should have hands on experience in Design, Configuration, Implementation and Support on SAP CRM.6.X/7.x
Should have strong End-To-End implementation and support experience
Exposure in SAP CRM Service (Service level Agreement and Contract, Service Order Management, Service Resource Management , Complaint & Returns Management and E-Service)
Should have strong CRM implementation experience for CIC/Win-Client scenario
Experience in preparing the Business Process blueprinting and architecting a solution for existing processes using SAP CRM and SAP R/3.
Experience in Client handling, gathering business specification and Blue print
Should have strong implementation experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Marketing, Contract management & Campaign Management
Experience in team coordination would be nice
Sound skills in technical training
Knowledge/experience in best practices for software development (CMM, ISO) would be nice
Should have hands on experience in SDLC
Should have Ability to understand business processes & mine projects onsite, coupled with sound technical knowledge.
Should have an excellent client interaction background with Smart, Innovative, Enthusiastic, Proactive
Should have good communication skill
